Open Gym Sessions
Fridays, 11:00am – 12:00pm
- 1st & 3rd Fridays: Ages 0-5
- 2nd & 4th Fridays: Ages 5-12
Fees: $6/child (cash) | $7/child (card).
Both members and non-members are welcome. First-time visitors require a parent or legal guardian to complete a participation form.
Classes
Choose the ideal fit for your family’s needs: parent-assisted Tumbling Tots classes, preschool age classes, boys classes, girls classes, or ninja classes. We even offer adult classes!
Ages 6+
For young gymnasts eager to elevate their skills, our league teams offer an exciting platform. Both boys and girls can participate in in-house team competitions all year round.
Competitive Teams

Extreme homeschool teams provide unique opportunities for both boys and girls. Dive into a range of programs from Men’s USAG Levels 1-10 to Women’s Xcel, DP, and elite development. If you’re looking for the ideal balance of gymnastics training and rigorous academics, the Extreme Texas Academy school program awaits.
- Pre-K/Kinder: A perfect first school experience. This half-day program balances 1 hour of gymnastics with 2.5 hours of classroom enrichment.
- Elementary: An immersive full-day curriculum crafted exclusively for competitive team members.
